For certain internships it is not only important to act professional but it is also important to look professional as well. Throughout the semester (or longer) you will be learning the way that your particular company conducts business. You may be asked to attend weekly meetings, work with CEO’s, and interview professionals. It is when you are approached with these types of tasks that you are expected to show them what you’ve got, in other words, this is not the day to oversleep as you need to be dressed to impress and ready for action!

Here’s How: Try a more sophisticated look, a pencil skirt with a sweater with shoulder pads tucked in will keep you looking youthful and very professional at the same time. Patent leather is something that always screams sophistication to me, especially when it is a black pump combined with a red lip. Use this look to not only win the head of the company over with your professionalism but also your classy style!
