Make fun, but I LOVE arm warmers. Granted I would not recommend these for a conservative work environment. However during one of my first jobs with a casual dress code, I saw one of my colleague donning a pair of these with a puff-sleeved button-down shirt and it gave her work look a bit of edge. She also told me that it was a different solution to the cardigan – quite creative I must say!
I have a multi-strand faux pearl bracelet tied with a pink suede ribbon that I bought in college. It has received numerous compliments, but is unfortunately past its prime. I think this Kate Spade bracelet is perfect to act as the “adult version” of my college accessory.
Speaking of Kate Spade and pearls, this Kate Spade dress is adorably simple and chic. And I personally love the fashion statement with the tights – however you may want to double check your dress code before donning them at work. However there would be nothing inappropriate about working this dress with nude fishnets or black patterned tights with knee-high boots or patent pumps when meeting your client out for lunch.
I am always looking for that great top that is slightly different that can be worn with a vest, over a long-sleeved top, or with a blazer or cardigan. I think this Free People blouse is just the top to look for!
