Today’s Coveted Working Look: Color Block Dresses

These color block dresses would be a great addition to any work wardrobe. Not only do they make it easy to incorporate color (or contrasting neutrals) into an outfit, the lines and shapes of the color blocking often lengthen the torso or slim the waist. These flattering style lines are paired with interesting details; I love the leather trim and exposed zipper on the Rachel Roy black and white dress (pictured 2nd) and the utilitarian meets chic feel of the Elie Tahari (pictured last). Whether as a simple shift, shirtdress, or draped frock, color block dresses are ahead of the curve!

All of these dresses are great, but I especially love the first two.
