Michigan Woman Starts a Business With Resale Wardrobes that Work

by Rachel Yeomans | October 27th, 2009

Stephanie Johnson is only 36 but, when the economy forced her out of a job, she decided it was time to implement her retirement plan.

“I had always thought in my mind that I would have my own resale boutique,” Johnson said. “I said, ‘Let’s just go for it now.’ ”

Today, she opens the doors to Urban Exchange, a consignment shop for “fashion-driven women.”

Located in the former home of Baribeau’s Jewelry Hospital at 926 E. Fulton St., the shop features hip, high-quality, name-brand fashions for professional women.

Resale wardrobe is a best option for fashion-driven women. It allows to use those brands which you cant buy directly. I really appreciate the idea of Stephanie. The shop features hip, high-quality, name-brand fashions for professional women.....
