I was first drawn to this Rebecca Minkoff dress because of the interesting draped bodice. It almost looks like a separate blouse and is very unique – in fact, you should wear it as a blouse at the office. As a dress it’s a bit too revealing for work – save that for the weekends. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s silk, has a neck tie, and is a beautiful shade of teal, right on trend with spring brights! If you really want to be daring with color at work, wear it with the orange silk blazer. The shawl collar mimics the drape of the dress and would pair beautifully. If that ensemble is a little too bright, try a black or neutral blazer instead. Likewise, you can choose between bold or neutral for a matching wedge sandal.
