As the days slowly roll by and April comes to a close, I’ve ramped up my graduation dress shopping with abandon. I was in San Francisco last week for a job interview, and got in a day early to get settled and prepare for the full day ahead of me. Thankfully, there was a ton of shopping nearby, so I headed out for a few hours before dinner to take a look at all of spring’s newest dresses to see if I could find anything for graduation. I ended up coming up empty-handed for a graduation dress, but I did find several dresses that would be perfect for the office in the spring and summer!
One of my favorites was a gorgeous, cobalt crepe sheath dress. It’s Tahari by Arthur S. Levine, and would look absolutely incredible with your favorite pair of nude heels.
The pleating at the neckline creates a gentle, flattering shape at the bust, while the horizontal pleats accentuate the waist subtly. The blue is really stunning in person–this dress caught my eye on the rack from about fifteen feet away! In fact, the Nordstrom I was at only had one size left of this dress (and it was my size!), and I just couldn’t resist it. While the Tahari by Arthur S. Levine may not be the best dress for my graduation ceremony, I walked away knowing that I’d found a lovely dress that would work for a myriad of work occasions.
