Designer Thuy (pronounced Thee as I’ve discovered) Diep kept the pattern moving of mixing fabrics that one wouldn’t think would go together but they miraculously do! I love the idea of pairing a flowing silk dress with a fitted nylon or cotton turtleneck – it adds a great dimension to clothing that can be warn in warmer months but isn’t going to be hidden away in the winter. Just thrown on a pair of fur arm warmers and you’ll be dandy! I also love how Diep brought the long belt back to the runway as a prominent accessory – I’d like to hold on to mine for a bit longer as for cinching those work blazers and cardigans!
