Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. New York. Brian Reyes’ Fall 2010 Collection Works Architectural Wonderment

by Rachel Yeomans | February 19th, 2010

Brian Reyes worked absolute wonders with taking the simple top and skirt and turning it into a fabulous fashion statement. I love how he constructed the folds of his skirts to lie on top of one another without creating too much volume and instead create a very architectural design that doesn’t overpower a simple top but rather compliments it to create a very strong and intriguing look for the Fall 2010 runway. And I’ve mentioned the boatneck zip-up coat at other runway shows, and it was a delight to see it again, especially in such a bold color! I’d love to work any of these looks at the office as it would definitely breathe some life into my working wardrobe!
